Psalm 91 is perhaps the single most widely read, and quoted, scripture passage concerning divine protection. It is, in fact, 'stock in trade' for virtually any preacher, teacher, commentator, or writer dealing with the subject. It is also the best writing in scripture relating to the idea of a place of intimate fellowship and communion with God.
